What's On
NOW CLOSED - It was a day for challenges and solutions
At the biggest GEWNZ event this year, NZ business leaders discussed how to get their people into a critical intrapreneurial mindset. Sharing both solutions and challenges, over 80 people enjoyed the thoughts and perspectives of a number of leading NZ businesses, followed by some great lunchtime networking in the sun.
In the 1990s, innovation was about technology and control of quality and cost. Today, it's about taking organisations built for efficiency and rewiring them for creativity and growth - creating an intraprenuerial culture.
Â
An Intrapreneur is someone who works within an existing organisation, contributing new ideas and approaches – transforming and revitalising the business. Intrapreneurship is about continuous and never-ending improvement for an organisation.Â
The Intrapreneurship Summit was a huge success, exploring the challenges AND exciting solutions NZ leaders have found engaging people, leveraging the knowledge wave, and generating returns on innovation and creativity.
